A) Help define the issues and challenges from the local perspective
B) Write of their local experiences in hopes of generating further support about the issues
C) Interview local personnal associated with NGOs and government officials alike
D) Report on workshops
E) Compile pertinent information
F) Present case studies as they understand the impact from their point of view
G) Articulate the monitoring of committements by NGOs and UNHCR.
In concert with participation on the part of concerned members of the international community, the combined, ensuing dialogue here might strengthen the quality of debate about the warehousing of refugees, could function as orientation for individuals new to the issues, prime the international community toward network readiness in regard to emerging advocacy opportunities; especially in any fashion that could better support civil society as it moves to spearhead important changes intended to benefit the refugee community.
